3. Eligibility and Account Registration
3.1 Business Eligibility
Our services are exclusively available to legitimate business entities, including but not limited to:

- Authorized distributors and retailers
- Brand owners and manufacturers
- Licensed importers and wholesalers
3.2 Account Requirements
To access YanSir services, you must provide accurate, current, and complete business information, including valid business registration, tax identification numbers, and authorized representative details.
4. Products and Services
4.1 Product Specifications
All product specifications, technical data, and performance metrics provided by YanSir are based on standard testing conditions and may vary in real-world applications. We reserve the right to modify specifications to improve product performance or comply with regulatory requirements.
4.2 Custom Manufacturing
Custom manufacturing services require detailed specifications, minimum order quantities, and advance payment terms. All custom products are subject to our quality assurance processes and delivery schedules.
5. Pricing and Payment Terms
5.1 Pricing Structure
All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change based on market conditions, material costs, and order volumes. YanSir provides competitive pricing structures tailored to long-term partnership agreements.
5.2 Payment Terms
Standard payment terms are Net 30 days from invoice date for established accounts. New customers may require advance payment or letter of credit arrangements. All payments must be made in accordance with agreed terms.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
YanSir respects intellectual property rights and expects our partners to do the same. All proprietary designs, technologies, and processes developed by YanSir remain our exclusive property. Custom designs developed collaboratively will be subject to separate intellectual property agreements.
7. Quality Assurance and Warranties
7.1 Quality Standards
YanSir maintains strict quality control processes compliant with international standards including ISO 9001, FCC regulations, and other applicable US market requirements.
7.2 Product Warranties
Standard product warranties range from 12 to 24 months depending on product category. Extended warranty options are available for premium product lines. Warranty terms are detailed in individual product specifications.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall YanSir, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.
9. Compliance and Regulations
All YanSir products are designed to meet or exceed US regulatory requirements including FCC, UL, and other applicable standards. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their specific market requirements and obtaining necessary certifications.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding obligations, including payment terms and delivery commitments, remain in effect until fulfilled.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
